Every week, after the departure of our guests, every chalet is disinfected according to the COVID safety protocols of the hotel industry. We use a nebulizer system to disinfect every surface and fabric across all rooms.
The check-in is from 3 pm. However, if you want to go skiing or take a walk, we will find a solution to store your luggage and find a place for you to get changed in advance. If the chalet is ready for you before 3 pm—cleaning and disinfection included—we will gladly accommodate your early check-in at no extra cost. We will do our best to make your vacation the most pleasant one!
The check-out is at 10 am at the latest.
Some of the services such as “ski rental” delivery or lunch/dinner on the first day have to be booked in advance. Ideally, the week before your arrival.
Other services, such as meals during the week or ski lessons, can be arranged and booked on-site. Every service is subject to availability.
You just have to take the chairlift by the chalet et ski down to the meeting point. It will take you 10 to 15 min to reach it. The chairlift is open every morning at 8.45 to enable you to be on time.
For the youngest that do not ski yet, the bus stop is 50 meters away from the Chalets. The bus will take you to the kindergarten.
